Demolishing a home in a dense Edina neighborhood requires strict control. For this project, the builder needed a total reset—not just a teardown. We executed a safe, mechanical demolition, pulling the structure inward to ensure nothing crossed the tight property lines.
Once the house was down, we didn't stop at the slab. We excavated the entire foundation, removing every square inch of concrete footings and walls. We hauled every piece of debris off-site, leaving a clean, open excavation that was perfectly prepped for the new construction team to take over immediately.
